Before co-founding SILA LAW FIRM, Hajar Benyachou practiced at several international law firms in France and Morocco, where she developed recognized expertise in corporate law, contract law, venture capital, and the structuring of complex transactions.
In 2023, she founded her own firm with the aim of offering high value-added legal support based on rigor, proximity, and a keen understanding of her clients’ legal and economic issues.
Hajar holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Corporate Law from Paris Dauphine University and is also a graduate of Paris Descartes University, where she obtained a Master’s degree in International Business Law and a Master’s degree in Business Law.
She regularly participates in training courses, conferences, and think tanks, particularly in the areas of innovative business structuring, governance, and investment.
Hajar is also a member of several professional and associative networks committed to promoting entrepreneurship, legal innovation, and female leadership.
Hajar Benyachou mainly practices corporate law, contract law, and venture capital law on behalf of local and international groups, start-up founders, investors, and corporate management, particularly legal and general management.
She assists her clients in structuring various transactions, such as acquisitions or disposals of control, capital transactions, joint ventures, equity investments, and mergers and acquisitions in various sectors, particularly in the energy, technology, industry, education, and healthcare sectors.
Hajar also advises numerous venture capital funds, family offices, and business angels on their capital investments, as well as innovative companies at various stages of maturity, by putting in place contractual arrangements tailored to their development and securing their fundraising.
Hajar also assists several companies in drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.
She is recognized for her strategic, rigorous, and committed approach, as well as her ability to propose clear and balanced legal solutions that contribute to the operational and financial success of the projects she supports.
